Co-hosted by Chairman and founder Dr Tessa Hartmann and the Rt Hon David Mundell MP Secretary of State for Scotland, the event will shine a global spotlight on the nation's work and honor the most distinguished list of fashion, design and textile talent.

"I'm delighted to co-host the 10th Anniversary Scottish Fashion Awards with Dr. Tessa Hartmann. The event has showcased a huge range of Scottish talent over the last ten years and provides an invaluable international stage for the next generation of fashion's future leaders," said the Rt Hon David Mundell MP, Secretary of State for Scotland.

Organizers have also revealed a stellar line up of judges with global fashion players including supermodel Stella Tennant, Caroline Rush CBE Chief Executive of The British Fashion Council and Editors from leading fashion glossies including Glamour, Grazia, Paper Magazine, The Daily Telegraph, Marie-Claire, Vogue Italia and The British School of Fashion to name but a few.

The 10th Anniversary black tie gala will be themed as a 'Highland Gathering' and will take place at the 5 star Corinthia Hotel in the heart of London and will welcome the great and the good of Scottish fashion, supermodels and stars of music, stage and screen.

Organizers are also delighted to announce OLYMPUS PEN as the headline sponsor for this fashion extravaganza.

"We set out to bring the OLYMPUS PEN to a wider audience, one outside the traditional photo enthusiast crowd and one that appreciates great design as well as performance. It is also about not being afraid to try something different, to challenge and what better way to reach people with that mindset that the Scottish Fashion Awards right in the heart of London" said Mark Thackara, National Marketing Manager, Olympus UK Consumer Products.

The awards presentation will be hosted once again by TV personality and style icon Laura Whitmore, along with a few surprise guests.

Tessa Hartmann said: "We started this event in 2006 at Stirling Castle in the Highlands where people like Alexandra Shulman and The Honourable Daphne Guinness navigated the historic cobblestones and celebrated Scotland's most fashionable Scots. Christopher Kane scooped Graduate of the Year and look where he is now. We honestly never imagined we would start a movement. A movement where suddenly the Scots had a voice in fashion, a platform where we could showcase the emerging innovators as well as some of the leaders of the world's luxury fashion houses. The common denominator – Scots blood, insatiable energy, drive, hunger to succeed and all vying to place their fashionable footprints in this highly competitive market sector.

To keep this event alive, we've had to rely on private sector sponsorship and as such I'm so very grateful to the brands that have supported all us for all these years. We feel very passionate about Scottish fashion and we see it as our role to continue to showcase Scotland's fashion innovators and introduce them to a bigger, and more influential audience like the one's we attract to London."

The 10th Anniversary 'Highland Gathering' isn't just about a congratulatory nod; a nomination in these awards has made a monumental difference to the many small businesses, designers and fashion innovators from networking, brand awareness and commercial success. However, we can be assured of one thing. On the 3rd September, when the Scot's fashion invasion hits London once again, we can rest assured that the Scots will kick off the fashion season in grand style with an anniversary party to remember!
