Deets: Q&A with Leslee Udwin led by Rosie O'Donnell, Friday 10/23 following the 7PM show.

Through unprecedented and exclusive interviews, INDIA’S DAUGHTER illuminates a society's values while making an impassioned plea for global change. On December 16, 2012, Jyoti Singh, a 23-year-old medical student, was brutally gang-raped on a moving bus in Delhi. Her death sparked unprecedented protests on India’s streets and led to the first glimmers of a change of mind-set. This film pays tribute to the remarkable short life of "India's Daughter" and examines the mindset of the men who committed the rape, as it tries to shed light on the patriarchal society and culture which encourages violence against women.
