230 FIFTH is New York's largest outdoor Rooftop Garden and Fully enclosed Penthouse Lounge. One floor is fully enclosed. The rooftop garden is open to the sky. They have large umbrellas for those sunny or rainy days and is partially heated on colder nights. 230 FIFTH is first come, first serve, however to guarantee express access and a table, you can place a reservation for a table, either through guaranteed food-and-beverage minimums or through their bottle-service program. On Saturday evenings they only accept reservations through bottle service.

**From November thru Late April 230 5th Avenue has an Igloo Bar. They are heated and transparent to allow for spectacular views of the city. No reservations are accepted (first come, first serve). Each igloo can accommodate up to 12 guests. For menu and more info click here!**

An unconventional downtown oasis, The Beach consists of a 5,000 sq ft deck featuring 800 sq ft of imported sand, Cote D’Azur-inspired chaise lounges, two private cabanas with flat-screen televisions, a DJ booth, and a partially translucent glass-bottom swimming pool looking into our hotel lobby. To accompany each day in the sun, the bar and grill will offer a variety of flavorful and refreshing cocktails, as well as light bites from a seasonally evolving menu. For the first summer, The Beach will offer day passes for non-hotel guests to indulge in all of the amenities the venue has to offer. Beginning on May 20th, day passes are available for purchase starting at 11AM, Monday through Friday, through a doorman at the venue.
