Deets: Hetrick-Martin Institute’s flagship annual event. The 2017 Emery Awards theme will be “Pride Is”. There is no one definition of pride-- it has a unique meaning to every person and how they enact it. The Emery Awards will celebrate everyone’s special meaning of pride and how it allows us to express our own identities and strengths. 

An Institutional event, attended by over 1,000 lifestyle/fashion influencers, past honorees include Chris Salgardo, Michael Bloomberg, Chelsea Clinton, Arianna Huffington, Ryan Murphy, Cory Booker, Dr. Joyce Hunter co-founder of Harvey Milk High School, Mary Louise Parker, researcher Jeffrey Ravetch, and the M.A.C. AIDS Fund.
