Deets: Peter Liem, renowned wine writer and Champagne expert, and Daniel Johnnes, famed sommelier and Wine Director for Chef Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group, are pleased to present La Fête du Champagne, a celebration of the wines of Champagne. 

La Fête du Champagne 2015 will feature a Grand Tasting of some of the top producers of Champagne, a series of highly-focused seminars presented by the industry's leading experts, two exclusive dinners, and a Gala Dinner prepared by a team of top chefs led by Chef Daniel Boulud, to which guests bring treasured bottles of Champagne to share with winemakers, like-minded collectors, and sommeliers.

The program will include:

• Two intimate dinners at Michelin-starred restaurants, one featuring Dom Pérignon, the other Krug.

• A series of informative and engaging seminars led by industry-leading personalities and attending producers.

• A Grand Tasting of Champagnes from all attending producers paired with small plates prepared by renowned New York chefs.

• A formal and elegant Gala Dinner prepared by a group of famed chefs led by Daniel Boulud at which wine lovers, collectors, producers, and sommeliers come together to share special bottles from their cellars in a festive medley of fine cuisine, champagne, and friends.
