Beyond programming, you’ll make connections, network with your peers (and idols), source cutting-edge products from our Products Fair Floor, and dig into some of the country's most exciting dishes at food carts and pop-up restaurants. You'll see the return of our exciting Somm Slam and Vitamix Challenge, along with the Valrhona C3 Pastry Competition that's moving this year from Europe to NYC.
