When: Monday, September 25, 2017 @ 6-11PM

Hot Spot: Maestro, Pasadena, CA

Deets: The sophisticated mezcaleria and fine dining restaurant in Pasadena announce their support and fundraising effort for victims after the second major earthquake in the last two weeks struck Mexico. At least 237 have died and 1,900 were injured as chances of survival become more grim with each passing hour. Those numbers are expected to rise as rescue workers and volunteers continue to try and help those trapped in crumbled buildings and other structures. The two earthquakes have caused billions of dollars in damage and have left countless of residents homeless.

Following the tragedy, Sergio Martinez, President of Maestro Group knew that there needed to be a call to action in order to send support to those suffering from the aftermath of the quake. Sergio got the idea after scrolling through social media and noticing many people sending the prayers and condolences through posts in effort of support, however he knew there was something more that needed to be done.

Sergio and others in the restaurant industry came together to create a benefit that will take place Monday, September 25th at Maestro in Pasadena from 6PM -11PM. Attendees can attend with a $10 cover at the door that will give you access to passed apps by chef Antonia Lofaso from Black Market Liquor Bar and bites from Chef Elena from Maestro. In addition to the light bites and passed appetizers, Mixologist, Everson Royce has put together a special promotion cocktail menu in support of the Benefit. Others involved have donated items for the silent auction where all proceeds will be donated to those in need.

See below a list of items that have been donated for the cause of the benefit:
