Both sophisticated and scrumptious, the sweet treats from new home delivery service Synful Eats are enticing New York area cookie connoisseurs. Synful Eats — a business forged during the pandemic — unites the talents of entrepreneur Beth Kojima with top chefs (and husband and wife team) Sydney and Michael Hursa to deliver its signature products to customers across Manhattan, the Hamptons and now Brooklyn and Queens. “The brand is off to a delectable start,” says DuJour, with further expansion plans underway.

Co-founder Beth Kojima says: “With Synful Eats, we have an opportunity to showcase Michael and Sydney’s prodigious talents and deliver our signature treats to New Yorkers’ doorsteps. We’re all thrilled with the early response to our delicious desserts — New Yorkers aren’t easy to impress, so it’s especially exciting.”

Synful Eats offers 12 beautifully packaged and individually wrapped items. Four delicious cookies (Peanut Butter S’mores, Quadruple Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, and Berry Oat) and four types of bars (Chocolate Chip and Brownie Brookie, Tahini Dulcey Brownie, Toffee Blondie, and Berry Oat & Blondie Brookie). Their signature product, the Synfilled, features a cake with a stuffed cookie core, presented in four indulgent variations: Caramel Almond, Pistachio Chocolate Cherry, Apple Cinnamon, and Chocolate Hazelnut.

Sweets-eaters can order items in a variety of customized boxed sets or as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscriptions (with exclusive offerings for subscribers like monthly seasonal flavors) — with weekend deliveries in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens (Friday-Sunday) and Saturday deliveries in the Hamptons. The company’s small-batch baking ensures freshness and loving care, and all goods are baked with natural ingredients. In addition to serving cookie fans at home, Synful Eats serves private and corporate events. They also recently started selling their cookies and bars via the newly opened Poppi Cafe in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
