NEW FOR 2022 AT CITI FIELD, NYC
The New York Mets gave us an exclusive look into a number of new elements at Citi Field during a “New for 2022 at Citi Field” media event. We were introduced to new visible and interactive elements at Citi Field and got an exclusive sneak peek at promotional giveaway items. We checked out The Mets Hall of Fame which will be a big focus this season since they are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the franchise. The exhibit will be open to fans throughout the season. Then we got to taste all the additions to their ballpark menu as well as some classic favorites while checking out the new partners to Citi Field’s All-Star dining lineup.
CULINARY OFFERINGS
The tasting menu was highlighted by Citi Field’s returning favorites (Fuku by David Chang, Sweet Chick, DŌ, Arancini Bros., Shake Shack & more) along with the newest additions for 2022 including Jacob’s Pickles, Pig Beach BBQ, Murray’s Mac & Cheese, Patsy’s Pizzeria, Danny Meyer’s Shake Shack & Tacocina, Sweet Chick & more! There are also 2 brand new Citi Field exclusive concepts– Amazin’ Chicken Co. and Metropolitan Fry Factory.
