Affair: SHAPE and Men's Fitness Kickoff Super Bowl XLVIII Party

Deets: Over 300 celebrities and athletes geared up for Super Bowl XLVIII by partying with several A-listers at Cipriani during the American Media kickoff party. The party was emceed by comedy's toastmaster general Jeff Ross, who had American Media Chairman and CEO David Pecker laughing in his seat. Robert De Niro, Spike Lee, and Katie Couric were also hosts of the evening.

Mary J. Blige opened the party with a powerful 45-minute set of hits and covers including "Real Love" and "No More Drama" that earned a standing ovation from guests. Next John Legend captivated the audience with a cover of Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark" and dedicated his romantic balled, "All of Me" to his beautiful wife Chrissy Teigen. Finally, superstar Marc Anthony closed the show with an hour-long set that had the capacity crowd getting out of their seats to salsa.

Guests enjoyed the custom Jamba Juice Smoothie Bar, samples of Wonderful Pistachios, and spiked delights supplied by Ultimate Nutrition. The party also included a live auction (including items from Movado) to benefit the Happy Hearts Fund, a non-profit foundation dedicated to rebuilding schools and helping children recover after natural disasters. Once the party came to a close, guests walked away with stellar gift bags full of products from Ultimate Nutrition, Jamba Juice, NY Style Bagel Chips, Tabasco, Starbucks, Wonderful Pistachios, Maybelline, and more.
