Spotted:  Violinist Margot for a special performance accompanying the night's DJ. Margot is the musical genius who arranged and played the strings on the new version of "Crazy in Love" featured in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie trailer.

Deets:  The remodeled POV includes clever nods to DC while still boasting fabulous views of the National Mall, White House and Washington Monument. Fashion show, guest violinist and Coke Zero speciality cocktails (Coke Zero and and Butter Popcorn Rum) completed the evening.

Hint For The Average Socialite:  If you aren't a guest of the hotel make a reservation via opentable.com or request bottle service in advance to avoid long lines. Impress your friends with your knowledge of the red tape wall taking a dig at government bureaucracy, cherry blossoms mural, the Declaration of Independence date light installation and the White House inspired bar backsplash.
