Jessica Alba is founder and chief creative officer of The Honest Company, which she launched in 2012 with a mission to inspire and empower people to live a healthy life. She is also an actress, activist, and New York Times bestselling author. The Honest Company sells products that are effective, safe, beautiful, accessible, and responsible. Since its inception, the mission-driven company has donated nearly 600,000 products and over 2,700 employee volunteer hours to help more than 58,000 families. Ms. Alba was among the top twenty of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business, one of CNBC’s Next List of Rebels, Leaders and Innovators, and one of Fortune’s 10 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs. In 2013 Ms. Alba authored the New York Times best-selling book, The Honest Life, a practical guide for parents to create a safe and healthy life for their families. 

Lisa Donovan is a co-founder of Maker Studios, a next-generation talent first media company. She was a driving force in creating, expanding, and overseeing Maker’s programming, viewership growth and vertical network strategy since the brand’s inception in 2009 as well as helping to successfully sell Maker Studios to the Walt Disney company in 2014. Lisa, in addition to being an entrepreneur, has been an innovator and pioneer in the online space through her early adoption of the Youtube platform in 2006 with her LisaNova channel. Stemming from the success of the channel, Lisa was one of the first YouTube content creators to cross over into mainstream Hollywood when she was cast on MADtv in 2007. Lisa has been a monumental force in the online content creating community working with up-and-coming and well-established YouTube talent along with such notable figures as Jane Fonda, Katy Perry, Jenna Elfman, Ralph Nader and Spike Lee.
