Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks 40th anniversary celebration will salute American spirit through a dynamic score of patriotic favorites performed by the acclaimed United States Air Force Band and of course the largest Independence Day fireworks display in the nation.
The 25-minute display will feature dynamic pyro effects fired from five barges on New York City’s East River. A number of spirited musical selections will be featured in the score, including an exhilarating new arrangement of America the Beautiful, with vocals by Jennifer Holliday and the USAF Band. Performers will include: Meghan Trainor, Kenny Chesney and 5 Seconds of Summer. Hosted by Tamron Hall & Willie Geist.
The fireworks display will be launched from barges along the East River in Manhattan. Public viewing areas are located along the FDR Drive and The Downtown Piers at South Street Seaport. Click
