By design, Centurion New York is reminiscent of a sophisticated private home – an informal cultural hub and meeting place for those who enjoy art and fine dining. It is designed to encourage community, while offering the best of the best across exceptional dining and entertainment.

It’s located near major museums, luxury hotels, theatres, high-end retail shops, and dozens of corporate headquarters - Centurion New York is the perfect destination for Centurion Card Members whether visiting or living in or around New York.

Centurion New York: Design, Art & Inspiration

The design and art were carefully curated to celebrate the vibrancy of New York City – an incubator of fashion, art and culture and a hub of creativity over the years. Throughout Centurion New York you’ll find sculptures, paintings, and drawings by artists of various origins, backgrounds, and points of view.

Upon entering Centurion New York, guests are invited through the series of uniquely developed spaces from “The Salon,” “The Studio,” “The Gallery,” and “The Wine Vault and Cellar” – with various areas featuring Centurion New York’s casual to fine dining experiences curated by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud.

The sculptures, paintings, and drawings throughout Centurion New York, give voice to an expanded collection of art from artists of diverse origins, backgrounds, and points of view all inspired by the energy of NYC. Artists curated for the space by Hanabi Art & Artists include Nan Goldin, Vivian Maier, Diane Arbus, Robert Motherwell, Kendall Bessent, and more.

Wayfinding, Amenities and Dining

As guests and Card Members move through Centurion New York, they will see each space has a unique identity which is expressed across all experience touchpoints - from design to art and cuisine. The idea being that the curated and considered floorplan makes it possible for Card Members to feel comfortable and stimulated, for a meaningful experience.

Upon arrival, guests will enter to a sleek corridor-style space utilizing scale, lighting, and design to set the scene. The succession of fin-like panelling leads guests to “The Salon” an intimate space that serves as a preliminary meeting-point for all.

The Salon is a relaxed gathering place to welcome guests - featuring art from many prominent photographers and artists – such as Nan Goldin, Diane Arbus, and Vivian Maier – including a commissioned hand-painted stipple drawing of the New York cityscape by Michael Dawson. The theme of the art in the Salon is New York City in the 70’s and early 80’s– a vibrant time for nightlife, fashion, art, and celebrity, a time when traditional boundaries dissolved, and new forms of creativity and inclusivity emerged.

Guests next move to The Studio, a casual dining restaurant with an a la carte menu created by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud. Inspired by what was once the characteristics of an artist’s working ‘Atelier’ – The Studio features a commissioned series of works by Canadian-Taiwanese artist Denis Lin. As you move through the space, Lin’s conceptual design process is reflected by unique sketches hung delicately against the floor-to-ceiling walls, with the final “magnun opus” being the larger-than-life totem-like works dotted along the perimeter of the space.

Subtly transitioning through to Centurion New York’s fine dining offering, “The Gallery,” a space seemingly floating amongst the most impressive skyline views of New York’s cityscape. Articulated by a mix of intimate banquette seating and independent tables - artwork by a diverse and eclectic mix of international artists, subject matter, and color – are presented, featuring various styles and techniques. The art collection has been curated to represent what an individual’s life-time archive could be, grouped together in surprising and stimulating vignettes for a truly bespoke experience for guests.

Centurion New York offers additional areas to extend on each guest’s experience – including private dining rooms, a special Wine Vault and Cellar featuring framed works by one of The New Yorker’s most prolific artists: Saul Steinberg.
