STANLEY 1913 X NEST DIWALI COLLECTION
New this year is the brand’s first Diwali Collection, celebrating the Festival of Lights, one of the most widely celebrated cultural moments across India and the South Asian diaspora. The five-day festival honors new beginnings, symbolizing light over darkness. It’s a time when homes, families, and communities come together by illuminating spaces, sharing meals, exchanging gifts, and celebrating connection.
Created in collaboration with Padmini Govind of Tharangini Studio, a women-led block-printing studio established in the 1970s, the Stanley 1913 Diwali Collection celebrates traditional Indian craftsmanship and sustainable textiles. The Bangalore-based heritage studio is celebrating nearly 50 years of artistry. Inspired by rare and vintage patterns from Tharangini's archives, the collection features intricate paisley designs resembling mango leaves, which hold special significance in Diwali rituals, alongside beautiful henna-inspired motifs. Available in two stunning colorways, Deepa Rose and Deepa Brown Sugar, the collection includes the 30oz Quencher® ProTour ($50), 20oz FlowState™ Spring Bottle ($40), 1qt New Legend Vacuum Bottle ($68), 16oz Café-to-Go Mug ($35), and Stacking Cup Set ($50), perfect for sharing a festive cup of chai.
As an extension of Stanley 1913’s partnership with Nest, a nonprofit that uplifts artisans in 120+ countries and gives them tools to help their businesses thrive, we honor standout global makers who create, build, and invent – connecting people and handcraft to create a more prosperous and beautiful world. Following our International Women’s Day collaboration earlier this year, we’re back with two new launches celebrating artisans and their communities: Dia de Muertos and Diwali.
