The Pembroke will welcome guests for brunch service exclusively, on weekends from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Executive Chef Taylor Burlingame is helming the kitchen. In celebration of the return of brunch, The Pembroke will be introducing Build Your Own Mimosas with Taittinger La Francaise Brut Champagne and Bloody Mary for the Table featuring Ketel One vodka.
