The Hampton Classic is one of the largest outdoor horse shows in the United States, a premier destination for horse people, and a much-anticipated stop on the summer tour for competitors. Now well into its fourth successful decade, The Hampton Classic Horse Show is in a class all its own, both in the minds of spectators and horse people alike.

Top equestrians from around the world compete for more than $800,000 in prize money. National champion hunter competitors, Olympic medalists, and scores of children and adult amateurs make up the field riding approximately 1,500 horses entered each year in 200+ separate competitions.

In addition to watching world class equestrian sport, spectators enjoy more than 80 onsite shops, a dozen International food options, daily activities in the kids' area, and Monday's annual Animal Adoption Day, featuring rescued dogs, cats, and horses in search of a forever home.

In 2009, the Hampton Classic became only the second horse show ever to receive the status of Heritage Competition by the United States Equestrian Federation.  This prestigious status is reserved for competitions that have been in existence for at least 25 years and have provided for their communities as well as the horse community as a whole in an unprecedented fashion.

Opening Sunday, on the beautiful grass of the Grand Prix Ring, you will find probably the tensest competition all week, the legendary Hampton Classic Leadline.  Dozens upon dozens of ponies parade their riders, judged by Olympic Gold medalist Joe Fargis, while their proud parents and grandparents watch nervously from the V.I.P. tents.

The week culimnates with the $300,000 Hampton Classic Grand Prix, one of the most coveted titles in the sport.

The Hampton Classic Horse Show is always a grand way to end the summer. Held in high regard by the horse community, famous for its Hamptons Celebrity sightings, and second to none in high end shopping boutiques, it earns its nickname The Classic.

About Ali Weiss
Ali Weiss has loved jewelry for as long as she can remember. Years before starting her own business, Ali worked closely with her jeweler to make custom pieces for her personal collection. After a chance meeting with designer Helen Ficalora, Ali decided to follow her passion and officially began her career in the jewelry world. As Ali worked alongside Helen, she quickly learned the ins and outs of the business and design process. After a few years, Ali started creating her own pieces. In 2005 Ali Weiss Jewelry was born.

Today, the brand consists of 14K pieces that range from $125 - $6,000. While Ali designs fine jewelry, she believes in creating pieces that can be worn everyday. Her designs go with everything. You never have to take them off and hide them in a safe. Ali herself is known for her maximalist jewelry style and can often be seen covered in her pieces from head to toe. She loves the idea of diamonds with sweatpants - something she has been donning long before the world of athleisure took off. From asymmetrical ear-scapes to layers of chains and necklaces, Ali's style embodies the brand's mantra of "No Rules, Anything Goes."

In September of 2021, Ali Weiss Jewelry opened their first store and piercing bar in Armonk, New York. As someone born and raised in New York, Ali jumped on the opportunity to bring the popularity of ear piercing to the town she knows and loves. She hired her own piercer, Keri D'Angelo, to ensure a safe and easy piercing experience for anyone who comes into the store. Keri and Ali both deeply value their clients' safety, and would never put someone at risk just to make a sale. Ali and her team are committed to showing their customers the fun and edgy side of jewelry. They've found great success at their store and through trunk shows and pop-ups across the country.

THE HAMPTON CLASSIC HORSE SHOW, HAMPTONS

Deets:

Deets: John and Patrick McEnroe will be joined by Bob and Mike Bryan (the Bryan Brothers) — and a list of tennis legends that is expected to grow between now and the event date — for the 8th Annual Johnny Mac Tennis Project’s Pro Am in the Hamptons. The event raises funds for the Johnny Mac Tennis Project (JMTP), a non-profit founded by John and others, which changes young lives by removing the racial, economic and social barriers to success through tennis. The event is expected to feature 144 players, including 9 Tennis Legends, 63 pros, and 72 amateurs, making it the biggest one-day Pro Am event in the world. Participants will compete in a round-robin tournament alongside former WTA and ATP Tour professionals, current and former Division I College players, and top John McEnroe Tennis Academy coaches.
