Deux Bistro, a cherished culinary gem nestled in the heart of Woodland Hills, is thrilled to announce the launch of its brand-new Spring Tasting Menu. Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef David Rodríguez, this seasonal menu captures the essence of spring with a harmonious blend of fresh ingredients, refined French techniques, and artful presentation.
The tasting journey begins with a choice between two refined starters: a velvety tomato bisque soup, elevated with crème fraîche and fresh herbs, or a crisp seasonal market salad, featuring hand-selected local greens, bright spring vegetables, and a house-made vinaigrette that complements the freshness of the season.
For the main course, diners may choose from three signature entrées, each a celebration of French culinary heritage with a seasonal twist. The boeuf bourguignon offers tender cuts of beef slow-braised in red wine with pearl onions, carrots, and earthy mushrooms. The steak frites features a perfectly seared steak paired with golden, hand-cut fries and a classic béarnaise sauce. New to the spring lineup is a delicate Scottish salmon, pan-seared to crisp perfection and served with a light lemon beurre blanc, accompanied by spring vegetables and herbs that highlight the freshness of the sea.
To conclude the evening, guests will enjoy a choice of classic French desserts: the luxuriously smooth chocolate mousse, rich with deep cocoa flavor, or the timeless crème brûlée, with its crisp caramelized sugar crust and silky vanilla custard — both crafted in-house to provide a sweet and satisfying finale.
