ULIKE ’GLOW STATE OF MIND’ WELLNESS EVENT IN NEW YORK
The New York edition of Ulike’s Glow State of Mind event took place on Saturday, April 25 at SENSE+ Skincare & Wellness in New York. The afternoon was designed as an immersive wellness experience centered on meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and self care tools like red light therapy masks and Ulike’s beauty technology. The goal was to create a calm, restorative space where guests could step away from the intensity of the city and fully reset.
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt completely different from typical New York energy. The space was soft, quiet, and intentionally grounding, which made it easy to slow down and settle in. A gentle check in at the beginning helped transition into a more mindful state right away.
The guided session combined meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, with the sound bath standing out the most. The vibrations made it surprisingly easy to release tension and fully relax, and the red light masks added an extra layer of warmth and comfort.
The experience became so calming that many of us, myself included, actually fell asleep during the session, which says a lot about how deeply restorative it was. It was one of those rare moments where your body fully gives in to rest.
Afterwards, we explored Ulike’s product line with a beauty consultant in a relaxed, unhurried setting that stayed true to the overall feeling of care and ease.
What stood out most was how seamless everything felt, moving naturally from meditation to sound healing to rest and finally to gentle product discovery. By the end, I did not feel energized in an intense way, but quietly reset, as if I had been given permission to fully pause before stepping back into the city.
