Deets: Riverfest's Hot Air Balloon Glow is one of the highlights of this event! Join us to watch hot air balloons light up the pastel sky at sunset, creating a rainbow of neon colors against the backdrop of the city. We will begin to inflate the balloons at 8:30PM at Curtis Hixon Park.
