Deets: For more than a century, the bold buccaneers of Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla have sailed the seas in relentless pursuit of the treasures nestled in the heart of Tampa. They’ve reappeared year after year, much to the delight of local souls and visiting adventurers alike.

Batten down the hatches and get ready for Tampa’s signature Gasparilla event, Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest. Join hundreds of thousands of revelers as Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla celebrates capturing the key to the City with a Parade of Pirates down Tampa’s famed Bayshore Boulevard.

Gasparilla Invasion Presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla / 11:30AM-1PM

The Jose Gasparilla II, carrying hundreds of fierce pirates, sails to Tampa in search of the Key to the City. The ship and its accompanying flotilla travel north across the Bay and into Seddon Channel before they come ashore at the Tampa Convention Center. Once reaching their destination, our favorite scallywags will raise the flags, mark their territory, and take the Gasparilla celebration on land.

Pirate Fest Presented by Michelob Ultra / 10AM-8PM

Rock pirate style! Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest features live music stages along the Tampa Riverwalk. Presented by Michelob Ultra, stages in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and MacDill Park will feature live entertainment before and after the parade, inviting guests to enjoy a lively atmosphere along Tampa’s renowned waterfront.

Parade of Pirates Presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla / 2PM-6PM

With the Key to City assuredly in hand, the Captain and Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla mark the city’s surrender with a festive Parade of Pirates. Presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla annually since 1904, the parade features approximately 140 units of krewes, floats, marching bands, and social organizations.

Deets: The Gasparilla Pirate Festival is a large parade and a host of related community events held in Tampa, Florida almost every year since 1904.

About Gasparilla Pirate Fest: The 2023 Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest is scheduled for 9AM. to 10PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023, in Tampa and will feature the 106th Gasparilla Invasion and Parade of the Pirates presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla.

About the Gasparilla Invasion Brunch: The Gasparilla Invasion Brunch at the Tampa Convention Center provides the best view in town of the historic Gasparilla Invasion, as the pirates of Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla sail up Seddon Channel aboard the Jose Gasparilla accompanied by a majestic flotilla, docking tableside at 1 p.m. at the Tampa Convention Center.

The Gasparilla Invasion Brunch includes a buffet brunch with cash bar and reserved table seating for one of the most unique and colorful spectacles found anywhere in the world. Gasparilla Invasion Brunch are available on-line (www.GasparillaTreasures.com) or by phone (813) 251-8844.

About the Gasparilla Parade of the Pirates: Following another successful invasion by the pirates of Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla, the focus shifts to beautiful Bayshore Blvd. and South Ashley Dr. in downtown Tampa. After successfully capturing the Key to the City (once again), the pirates of Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla celebrate with a victory parade that begins at 2 p.m. at Bay to Bay and Bayshore. The 4.5 mile Gasparilla Parade of the Pirates, which has been presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla annually since 1904, winds its way along Hillsborough Bay into downtown Tampa, with over 140 units – featuring one-hundred three (103) floats, three (5) marching bands and over fifty (50) participating social organizations (i.e. krewes).

The Gasparilla Parade of the Pirates will travel from Bayshore into downtown Tampa. The Parade will cross into downtown over the Brorein St. bridge, turn north on Ashley Dr. and end at Cass St. and Ashley Dr. in the heart of the Cultural Arts District in downtown Tampa.

Deets: An alcohol-free event, celebrating the return of The Gasparilla Season to Tampa Bay!

The Children's Gasparilla Parade has been a part of Tampa's Gasparilla celebration since 1947. This family-friendly parade takes place along Bayshore Boulevard from Bay to Bay Boulevard, moving north to Edison Avenue.

The Children's Gasparilla Parade traditionally hosts more than 125 entry units, including krewes, marching bands, dance groups, school performance teams, and community organizations. Parade applications are open to the public!

The Children's Gasparilla Parade will be broadcast live on FOX 13 and streamed live on www.Fox13News.com.

Deets: Florida's Only Snow Park, Snowcat Ridge is open for the season!

This one-of-a-kind alpine snow park features a massive snow tubing hill, Alpine Village and a ten thousand square foot snow play dome. There’s also an igloo space to unwind with a drink and some good eats.

Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.
