Deets: Conan O’Brien’s pop-up comedy club, Team Coco House, will be taking over Chicago’s Bottom Lounge February 14 and 15 for NBA All-Star Weekend. The weekend will feature a special Valentine’s Day performance by Craig Robinson & The Nasty Delicious, live podcast recordings, All-Star viewing parties as well as headliners such as Chris Redd, Pete Holmes, Nicole Byer, Roy Wood Jr., and more.

“I apologize in advance for pulling all of the attention away from the NBA All-Star game with these truly hilarious comedians” said O’Brien.

On Saturday, fans will be able to watch the skills challenge alongside Team Coco comedians and have the chance to show off their own skills by entering the Team Coco Pop-A-Shot Tournament.

This is the 5th Team Coco House event. Most recently, Team Coco House took over 10 comedy clubs across the country for a massive, nationwide, weekend only event featuring over 60 performances. Previous Team Coco Houses have been held at both the New York Comedy Festival and San Diego Comic Con. For years, O'Brien has been one of the most ardent supporters of stand-up comedy and his show has outpaced all other late night shows in the number of stand up performances featured. Team Coco continues to carry on that tradition by fostering a strong community of up and coming talent and Team Coco House is a central part of the brand’s growing live comedy business.

Deets: Lollapalooza is the alternative fan’s Woodstock. Founded by singer Perry Farrell in 1991 as a farewell concert for his band Jane’s Addiction, Lollapalooza features a mind-boggling lineup of artists from alternative rock and heavy metal to hip hop and electronic dance music as well as dance and comedy performances and craft booths. More than 160,000 people attend the annual festival. After touring the country as a mobile concert series in the early 2000s, Lollapalooza set down roots in Chicago, where it has remained since 2008.
