Deets: Amber Waves, nonprofit education farm based in Amagansett, NY, is thrilled to announce the return of its Fourth Annual Amber Waves Hoedown, a lively summer celebration and vital fundraising event. The Hoedown will take place on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amber Waves farm, located at 367 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930.

All proceeds go directly toward sustaining Amber Waves’ core programs: fresh produce and nutritionally dense donations to regional pantries, hands-on food education that serves local school field trips and partnering non-profits, a nationally recognized new farmer training program and the open community farm that serves as a third space in the heart of Amagansett. 

This year’s Hoedown promises an unforgettable evening of farm-fresh food, local drinks, live music, dancing, and community spirit — all set against the backdrop of the golden hour on the East End. Guests will enjoy a celebration of seasonal bounty and support the farm’s deeply rooted mission to cultivate the next generation of farmers, preserve open space, and provide access to nutritious, locally grown food and flowers to those in need.
