Every April Thailand celebrates a new year, known as Songkran: 3 days of a vivid colorful festivities, delicious food and beverages and enticing markets. In honor of Songkran, THAI CHEF STREET FOOD, is hosting a weekend full of activities.

Saturday night Thai Chef will host a Bangkok Night Market selling trinkets, apparel and spices native to Thailand and Songkran festivities. The guest mixologist, Andy Thammasathiti will be crafting his unique Thai cocktails. Tickets are not required at the night market. Bottomless Mimosa: Mango or Lychee


  • Toong Tong* : In Thai means “gold bags” -- fried, wonton skin pouch with chicken filling

  • Veggie Dumpling: Soft steamed chive dumplings

  • Chicken Satay: Grilled, marinated chicken skewers, served with peanut sauce

  • Moo-Ping: Grilled, marinated pork skewers, served with spicy fish sauce

  • Beef Noodle Soup*: rice noodles, thin sliced beef, bean sprout, fried garlic, scallion, cilantro

  • Sukiyaki Seafood: Clear noodles, shrimp, squid, scallop, bok choy, cabbage, celery, egg, and scallion in sukiyaki sauce

  • Guay Teow Tom Yum: rice noodles, minced chicken, bean sprout, ground peanut, lime juice, and hot pepper, in lemongrass broth, crispy wontons

  • Shrimp Pad Thai : rice noodles, shrimp, egg, peanuts, bean sprout, green onion, in sweet tamarind sauce

  • Tong Yib: Sweet egg yolk dessert
