Deets: On July 20, 2025, from 4pm to 6pm the National Museum of Women in the Arts invites you to an afternoon full of cake, art, and community building in collaboration with The Big Cake Exchange.

Participants are invited to contribute a whole cake and, in return, sample slices from a wide array of fellow attendees. The event will be hosted in the museum’s iconic Great Hall, with views of the assembled cakes from the mezzanine. To-go boxes will be provided to encourage sharing and minimizing waste. Whether amateur bakers or seasoned pastry chefs, guests are encouraged to befriend fellow cake enthusiasts while sampling sweet delights surrounded by beautiful art.

Standard event ticket includes museum entrance, a box to fill with cake slices, and complimentary yuzu green tea provided by YUZUCO. VIP ticket-holders can attend and sample cakes, without bringing a cake of their own; limited quantity.
