Deets: Four Seasons DC Wine & Dine is back this fall for its fifth annual edition, November 12–13, 2026. A standout on DC's fall culinary calendar, this two-night celebration brings together celebrity chefs, acclaimed local talent, and exceptional wines and spirits, all in support of cancer research at MedStar Health. This year's event highlights include:
Thursday, November 12 – Culinary Showcase at Bourbon Steak DC (6–10 PM)
An immersive evening featuring chef action stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, and curated wine and spirit tastings as celebrity chefs and some of DC's top culinary talent cook side by side. This year's featured chefs include:
Michael Mina – James Beard Award-winning chef and event host
Lorena Garcia – Internationally acclaimed chef, author, and television personality known for her vibrant modern Latin cuisine
Douglas Keane – James Beard Award-winning chef and the visionary behind Michelin-recognized Cyrus, as well as a Top Chef Masters finalist
Quentin Welch – Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak DC
Jillian Fitch – Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC
Friday, November 13 – Fine Wine & Celebrity Chef Dinner
The celebration continues with an intimate four-course seated dinner featuring signature dishes from the celebrity chef lineup, paired with exceptional wines curated by Company Fine Wine.
Proceeds from this year’s Wine & Dine benefit MedStar Health's lung cancer research initiatives, helping advance groundbreaking research, expand access to innovative treatments, and support critical patient care and survivorship programs throughout the Washington, DC region.
