Deets: 260 Sample Sale, a brand born in New York City and beloved by fashion fans, announced today it will make its D.C. debut on Georgetown’s famed retail corridor M Street next month. 260 Sample Sale signed a lease for 3307 M St NW, Washington, DC 20007 with EastBanc, Inc. and Acadia Realty Trust, co-owners of the Georgetown Portfolio, and plans to host its first sale in mid-November.
