‘Tis the season to be jolly! The Embassy of the Czech Republic invites you to its annual Czech Christmas Market on November 7, 2026, from 9AM-6PM. We look forward to bringing you the magic of the season.

Browse stands filled with beautiful hand-crafted ornaments and glassware, Bohemian garnet, crystal and beaded jewelry, fine art photography, books & prints, and traditional liquors. Savor gingerbread and luxurious wines from the South Moravian region. Enjoy the taste and smell of mulled wine as well as an assortment of delicious Czech pastries and cuisine.

Adore the array of live animals for selfies. Listen to children of American Sokol Washington, DC, and Slavic American Sokol performing Czech Christmas carols. As a special treat this year, astrophysicist Václav Pavlík will present the presentation The Christmas Star, combining astronomy and live science demonstrations, with children’s workshops during the day.
