Deets: On March 27 and March 28, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Bourbon Steak DC will host a two-night cocktail takeover featuring the acclaimed bar team from Handshake Speakeasy, recently named the #2 bar in the world on The World’s 50 Best Bars list.

Handshake Speakeasy’s elite bar team will present a curated lineup of signature cocktails and elevated classics, each showcasing the bar’s innovative flavour profiles and meticulous craftsmanship. In addition to its renowned house cocktails, Handshake will debut two cherry blossom–themed cocktails created solely for Bourbon Steak DC, available through April 20.
