DINNER AND A MOVIE: A TRIBUTE TO DAVID KINCH A CHEF’S VOYAGE, LA

Deets: In continuation of Melisse x Citrin’s COVID-era tribute takeaway menus, Chef Josiah Citrin dedicates the September 17-20 menu to Chef David Kinch; his three-Michelin-starred restaurant Manresa; and the Virtual Cinema premiere of “A Chef’s Voyage,” a Flapjack Production. The new feature film examines the nature of teamwork at the Michelin level, following Kinch and his team as they travel to France, collaborate with culinary luminaries, and celebrate Manresa’s 15th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Citrin will offer a five-course menu with dessert from renowned Pastry Chef Sherry Yard—whom Manresa’s Pastry Chef, Courtney Moisant, describes in the film as her career’s inspiration. The Melisse x Citrin menu also includes a viewing link at LA’s Laemmle Theatersfor guests to watch the film at home.
