Deets: Broadway meets Britney Spears with & JULIET: The Music of Max Martin and Friends, a dynamic pop-up exhibit celebrating legendary songwriter and producer Max Martin.

For more than 30 years, Martin and his collaborators have crafted dozens of GRAMMY-winning and chart-topping hits for global superstars including Ariana Grande, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Céline Dion, Katy Perry, and many more. In 2013, Martin joined forces with a team of Broadway producers to re-envision his greatest hits for the stage. The result was & JULIET, a vibrant jukebox musical that flips the script on Romeo & Juliet and brings Martin’s music to life as a fresh, theatrical performance.

With a story by Schitt’s Creek writer and executive producer David West Read, the show played a 2019 Olivier Award-winning run in London’s West End before opening on Broadway in 2022. Timed to coincide with the touring production’s summer run at Center Theatre Group’s Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles (August 13 – September 7), the exhibit will remain on display through October 27, 2025.

The four-day celebration of queer cinema will make its debut at Landmark Theatres Sunset in Los Angeles, presenting a powerful lineup that reflects the richness, resilience, and diversity of the global LGBTQIA+ community.

This year’s official selection features a dynamic mix of feature-length narratives, documentaries, and shorts spanning a wide range of genres, including drama, comedy, romance, thriller, and experimental film. Six films will make their world premieres at CinePride, with an additional four celebrating their U.S. or North American debuts. Ten more will be screened for the first time on the West Coast. Showcasing both international voices and emerging homegrown talent, CinePride 2025 provides a bold and inclusive platform for queer storytellers to share their visions on the big screen. 

Highlights from the 2025 official selection include:

• Queer Bait – A precocious classics student is invited to dinner after he piques the interest of a tenured professor. But when his teacher's mentorship starts to push boundaries, he's forced to make a choice: protect his academic future, or preserve his dignity?  The tense drama executive produced by Cate Blanchett makes its film festival debut at CinePride.

• Maxxie LaWow: Drag Super-shero – an animated musical fantasy featuring the voices of Jinkx Monsoon, BenDeLaCrème, Heide N Closet, Monét X Change and Rosé.  When drag queens start disappearing, a shy young barista must summon his inner super-shero to rescue them from an ambitious evil drag queen bent on harvesting their magical anti-aging tears. CinePride marks the first time this fun animated feature will be screened theatrically in Los Angeles

• And You Are…? – Jane Seymour stars in And You Are...?, a most unlikely of buddy films that follows Lynn, a grandmother suffering from Alzheimer's who only has the past to prove she exists. The evening begins with an open-air food market and live musical prelude from our house ensemble. As twilight descends, passengers don headsets transmitting a cinematic score featuring artists such as Air, El Búho, Kiasmos, Rival Consoles, A Beautiful Chorus, Boreta, and Tokimonsta. What follows is a wordless journey—through choreography and movement (from global talent including @miyu23_official and @capjjay), archetypal costuming (with works by Damselfrau, Spencer Hansen, and Orly Anon), drone apparitions (by Nova Sky Stories), puppetry, robotics, participation and integration. When: November 16, 2025–January 4, 2026 (Closed November 17, November 27, December 24–25) // Every 30 minutes from 5:30-8:30pm

Deets: Enchanted Forest of Light transforms the gardens into a nighttime wonderland with dynamic, interactive light installations. Highlights include the beloved stained-glass cottages by Tom Fruin, dazzling sculptures by HYBYCOZO, the Flower Power experience along the Promenade, and the luminescent Ancient Forest. The Descanso Railroad joins the festivities with custom holiday lighting. Enjoy seasonal drinks and snacks available for purchase throughout the evening.

New this year: Enchanted adds a new twist this season with two exclusive nights of music and mixology, happening December 10 and 11. Guests can sip craft cocktails while enjoying the smooth sounds of Yachty by Nature, a six-piece band delivering the best of late ‘70s and early ‘80s yacht rock. Performances take place at 6:00pm and 7:45pm and are included with regular Enchanted admission.

Deets: Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of the classic story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical one-hour trip to meet Santa. Once on board, your car hosts will work their way through the coach and punch your golden ticket before hot chocolate and delicious Walker’s Shortbread are served by dancing chefs. Passengers then read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg.

Santa and his helpers board the train to greet passengers and each guest is given the first gift of Christmas – a silver sleigh bell. During the trip, characters on each car lead passengers in caroling and onboard entertainment just like in the film! Each guest will take home a keepsake sleigh bell in addition to the wonderful memories made on this magical trip.
