Deets: Ahead of the championship game touching down in Los Angeles, L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and Will Blackmon, former NFL player and founder of The Wine MVP, are teaming up to throw the ultimate luxury tailgate experience with Sonoma County’s Jordan Winery. Guests will be treated to elevated takes on traditional bar bites including smoky cognac wings and lobster rolls enjoyed al fresco atop the scenic L’Ermitage rooftop. Each dish will be expertly paired with a selection of exclusive Jordan wines including their current releases—2017 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Chardonnay—as well as Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble and special large format bottles in celebration of the winery’s 50th Anniversary.

Dishes and pairings include: 

• Smoky Cognac Chicken Wings and Corn Crusted Jalapeño Poppers, paired with 2013 Cabernet 

• Horseradish BBQ Beef and Crisp Chicken with Date and Chipotle Sliders, paired with 2017 Cabernet 

• Spicy Vegetarian Tacos with Coconut Crema, Green Hummus Cups with Pita Chips, paired with 2014 Chardonnay
