Deets: Square Pie Guys is popping up in LA at @hottonguepizza on Thursday, August 8th from 5pm-9pm! Come by and try slices of our Spicy Pepperoni, Cookout Pie, and Samin's Summer Pie,. We're also bringing our Lemon Pepper & Szechuan Spice mixes for Hot Tongue's Cauliflower Wings!

Square Pie Guys, the Bay Area staple for Detroit-style pizza, is coming to Los Angeles for a one-night-only takeover of Hot Tongue Pizza. We're inviting you to attend as media with a plus one to join us on Thursday, August 8, for the pop-up. 

On the menu for the evening are larger-than-usual 10x14 inch versions of Square Pie Guys Detroit-style pies, including the following: 

The Cookout Pie consists of BBQ chicken, red onions, pickled jalapeños, cookout corn sauce, a drizzle of housemade BBQ sauce, and green onions. 
Samin's Summer Pie (a collaboration with James Beard Award & NYT Contributor Chef Samin Nosrat) features white sauce, spicy cherry tomato salad, and a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette drizzle. Chef Samin Nosrat's pizza has all the elements: Salt, Fat, Acid, and Heat. 5% of proceeds go to Oakland International High School.
Spicy Pepperoni: Square Pie Guys Pepperoni with red sauce 

Square Pie Guys will also serve a twist on Hot Tongue's vegan cauliflower wings, seasoned with their signature lemon pepper or Szechuan seasoning. The menu will be paired with Montepascolo Toma Rosso Frizzante 2019, a mildly sparkling red that complements the menu's vibrant and creative spirit.
