Deets: West Hollywood loves Halloween, and the iconic West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is back for 2025! Recognized as one of the largest and most unique Halloween events in the world, this one-of-a-kind street festival transforms Santa Monica Boulevard into a mile-long celebration of costumes, creativity, music and community.

The Halloween Carnaval is free to attend and will take place on Friday, October 31, 2025, 6-11 p.m., on Santa Monica Boulevard/Historic Route 66 between N. Doheny Drive and N. La Cienega Boulevard.

In the heart of West Hollywood’s Rainbow District, the Halloween Carnaval will feature a stage at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and N. San Vicente Boulevard with a live DJ, food trucks and thousands of wildly dressed Halloween revelers for an only-in-West Hollywood experience.

There will also be Halloween celebrations at bars, restaurants, entertainment venues and hotels throughout the city!

Hint for the Average Socialite: This event is free and open to the public.
