Deets: HollyRod, a nonprofit that is dedicated to raising awareness and providing resources to families that have a loved one who has received an autism or Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis, is returning for their annual DesignCare Gala on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at a private location in Los Angeles and will be honoring Don Cheadle and Bridgid Coulter with the Clarence and Jacqueline Avant HollyRod Humanitarian Award this year.
The event will additionally honor Faith Evans (HollyRod Champion Award), Vernon Jackson (HollyRod Angel on the Path Award), and Sumit and Viraj Dhanda (HollyRod Champion Award).
The gala will also feature sounds from special musical guests along with the fashion of renowned designer Frederick Anderson.
The gala will once again be co-hosted by the nonprofit’s founders, Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete, and celebrate 27 years of advocacy and support for the autism and Parkinson’s communities.
