Deets: UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital celebrated 25 years of Party on the Pier at the Santa Monica Pier, bringing the magic back for a day filled with family fun, celebrity appearances, and community spirit — all to support the hospital’s mission of providing world-class care to children in need.
Event highlights included:
Pacific Park rides and classic carnival games with prizes from toy sponsor Mattel Inc.
VIP Area sponsored by the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF), which offered an exclusive lounge experience for celebrity guests and major donors.
The “Power of Play” Tent featured crafts, creativity, and hands-on activities, sponsored by The Goldhirsh-Yellin Foundation.
On-site photo and media moments with special guests including Nathan Kress, Christine Chiu, GloZell, Dani Bowman, and many more.
Therapy animals from UCLA’s People-Animal Connection spread smiles and comfort.

Proceeds from Party on the Pier provide unrestricted funding to high-priority programs that directly benefit patients and families at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital. The event raises money to further the hospital’s impact locally and globally.
