Deets: This Thanksgiving, The Gourmandise School invites home bakers everywhere to roll up their sleeves and master the art of pie-making with The Pie Class: Thanksgiving Pies, a live virtual baking experience led by acclaimed Pastry Chef Robyn Collins on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. PST.
Participants will bake alongside Chef Robyn in real time, learning how to create an all-butter flaky pie crust and two classic holiday favorites: Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie. Students will receive a list of detailed preparation materials in advance, including a full ingredient list, recipes, an equipment checklist, and instructions for setting up for the virtual class.
Designed for bakers of all levels, this interactive three-hour class provides the unique opportunity to ask questions and receive live feedback from a professional pastry chef. Participants can even assemble and freeze their pies in advance to enjoy fresh-baked desserts on Thanksgiving Day.
Chef Robyn Collins, Executive Pastry Chef for The Pie Room by Gwen in Hollywood, brings over a decade of experience in pastry arts. Her passion for artisanal baking and expert instruction has made her one of The Gourmandise School’s most popular instructors.
