Deets: Studio Ghibli Fest is back for 2025, with a lineup of eight features from the beloved catalog of Studio Ghibli, in celebration of the historic animation house’s 40th anniversary. GKIDS and Fathom Entertainment are overjoyed to present a curated new line-up of fan favorites, notably including Isao Takahata’s emotional tour-de-force Grave of the Fireflies and Hayao Miyazaki’s Oscar®-winning The Boy and the Heron, which joins the Studio Ghibli Fest lineup for the first time since its theatrical release. 

This year’s lineup highlights the works of studio co-founders Isao Takahata and Hayao Miyazaki, as well as Oscar®-nominated director Hiromasa Yonebayashi of The Secret World of Arrietty, celebrating a special 15th anniversary. GKIDS is proud to continue its partnership with Fathom and meet the highly-anticipated fan demand for more legendary titles with Studio Ghibli Fest 2025.
