Deets: After a deliciously successful first installment in 2024, The Los Angeles Times and Tourism Australia is proud to present the 2025 Great Australian Bite.

Experience a night of Australian bites, sips and sounds — right here in L.A. Join esteemed Australian chefs Curtis Stone and Clare Falzon on Saturday, May 31 for an intimate dining experience at Stone’s private farm nestled in Malibu wine country. This chef-crafted menu will serve up the best of Down Under: fresh, seasonal produce and expertly paired wines — served in the premium, yet relaxed style that defines Aussie dining.

What to Expect

Enjoy an all-inclusive, long-table dinner with expertly paired drinks that exemplify the laidback luxury of modern Aussie dining. This chef-crafted menu will serve up the best of Down Under, including produce, meat, wine, beer and more.

Meet the Chefs

Curtis Stone is an L.A.-based chef, TV host and New York Times best-selling cookbook author who believes in simple, seasonal cooking with naturally produced ingredients. Stone celebrates Australian cuisine at Gwen, his Michelin-starred Hollywood restaurant, and The Pie Room in Beverly Hills.

Clare Falzon is the chef and owner of South Australia’s staġuni, a farmhouse-style restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Barossa Valley. They source from some of the state’s best producers and treat each ingredient with the utmost respect, creating an experience in which each ingredient shines on its own. Falzon will be joining us for one night only, direct from Australia.
