This whimsical, immersive event transforms the historic property into a global culinary playground, complete with a passport for guests to collect stamps as they travel from country to country. Each destination offers themed food, wine, and live entertainment — think a lively mariachi band alongside a taco, burrito, and churro station in Mexico, or a gondolier pulling up to the marina for an Instagrammable Italy moment. Portofino partners with local community businesses and makers (like Baby Blues BBQ and 805 Charcuterie) to bring in flavors & tunes from Asia Pacific, Mexico, the US, and Germany.
