Deets: On July 22nd, we’re joining forces with award-winning Chef Gilberto Cetina and his team from Holbox to present a one-night-only dining experience at Si! Mon.

We’ll be offering two dining options: a refined set tasting menu and a casual, cantina-style option featuring a limited selection of dishes that provide a taste of the full menu.

The menus will showcase the best of both restaurants, with an emphasis on premium-quality fresh seafood and a curated cocktail and wine offering.
