Ressurecting Halloween favorites, screenings will include a special 50th Anniversary screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show (10/4), followed by witchy cult classic The Craft (10/11), spooky stop-motion favorite ParaNorman (10/18), and slasher essential A Nightmare on Elm Street (10/25).

Guests can also enjoy the beer and wine bar and concession stands throughout the evening.
Saturday, August 30 – The Princess Bride at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
A farm boy, a princess, a six-fingered man, and the most charming revenge plot ever told—The Princess Bride is a storybook come to life. Westley (Cary Elwes) faces cliffs, pirates, and death itself to save Buttercup (Robin Wright), all while looking extremely good in a mask. Inigo Montoya has one mission, Miracle Max has one cure, and Vizzini has one word: “Inconceivable!” As you wish…this one’s a classic.
Sunday, August 31 – The Silence of the Lambs at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Clarice is just trying to climb the FBI ladder—unfortunately, her mentor is a cannibal. The Silence of the Lambs serves fava beans, fine Chianti, and five Academy Awards, all wrapped in one elegant psychological nightmare. Lecter is charming, Buffalo Bill is lotion-obsessed, and the suspense could filet you on the spot. A true cinematic delicacy—best consumed with friends under the stars.
Saturday, September 6 – This Is Spinal Tap at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
With Rob Reiner in Person! Go onstage and behind the scenes in the riotous mock rock and roll creation that offers timeless shocks and guffaws. Film director Marty DiBergi (Rob Reiner) captures the sights, sounds, and smells of Spinal Tap, the English heavy metal band gearing up for a comeback and their biggest US tour to date. Can the band turn their trek into a tour de force, or will it be another “Shark Sandwich?” Speed on down for the guitar riffs and ridiculousness of the rowdy, raucous rockumentary that brought us the classics “Sex Farm,” “Big Bottom,” “Hell Hole.” Stonehenge may be small, but the laughs are massive.
Saturday, September 13 – Alien at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Lock the airlock and grab your popcorn—Alien is landing under the stars, and it’s still the scariest thing in space. A routine mission turns into mayhem when something slithers aboard, and, well, dinner doesn’t go as planned. Ridley Scott made outer space scary, H.R. Giger made it nightmare fuel, and Sigourney Weaver made it iconic. Suspenseful, iconic, and totally unmissable—this is the one that started it all. In space, no one can hear you scream. At Cinespia, we don't mind.
Saturday, October 4th - 50th Anniversary Screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show at Hollywood Forever Cemetery
Celebrate the 50th Anniversary screening of our favorite obsession: mind-flip, time-slip drag-num opus The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, featuring a live shadow cast, audience participation, surprise special guests, props, DJ sets, time warp dance party, giveaways, selfie moments, fan festivities and a free themed photobooth! (Tell us about it, Janet.) Shiver with antici-pation for the sweet transvestite who sizzles and struts with anarchic glee. Wave your freak flag high and give yourself over to absolute pleasure with Tim Curry’s deliciously devious role in a celebratory kaleidoscope of b-movie reverence, oddball glitz and gonzo garishness.
A dowdy couple in need of some tension relief find their worlds pushed to swinging limits by madcap Dr. Frank N Furter in a manor where the gang’s all queer. Be careful what you itch for! Featuring a marquee bursting cast of unforgettable characters and songs sure to razzle and bedazzle. Watch the lace odyssey on the big screen and enjoy a 50th Anniversary party with cheeky surprises for all beautiful creatures of the night.
Saturday, October 11th - The Craft at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Something Wiccan this way comes when three misfit mavens initiate the mysterious new girl in school for their coven. The unruly foursome uses their powers to snatch wigs and steal hearts, but with the group’s glow up comes the irresistible slink of danger. Will magical powers turn sour when personal and paranormal demons reveal themselves? Holy Manon, what can go wrong? Be careful what you witch for. When in doubt, remember: We are the weirdos, mister.
Saturday, October 18th - ParaNorman at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Ghosts, ghouls, and one very misunderstood kid—ParaNorman is a spooky stop-motion gem with heart, humor, and hair that defies gravity. Norman sees dead people (and sometimes chats with them), but saving the town from a 300-year-old curse? No big deal. It’s a monster movie for anyone who’s ever felt like an outsider.
Saturday, October 25th - A Nightmare on Elm Street at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Sharpen your claws and grab a blanket—A Nightmare on Elm Street is slashing its way into our dreams (and our cemetery). Freddy Krueger doesn’t just haunt your nightmares—he owns them, turning sleep into a deadly game you can’t wake up from. It’s the horror classic that redefined sleepovers and made coffee a survival tool. Just remember: one, two, Freddy’s coming for you. Whatever you do, don’t fall asleep!
What began with a screening of Strangers on a Train for a few hundred people has become a Los Angeles institution, hosting hundreds of thousands of moviegoers on the famed Fairbanks Lawn. Now the most popular outdoor cinema event in Southern California, Cinespia is celebrated by fans and filmmakers for hosting a relaxed, off-beat experience. Welcoming up to 4,000 moviegoers per night, guests are invited to bring their own blankets, food, and drinks (including beer and wine), before settling in under the stars for a classic (and sometimes campy) cinematic experience. The magic of Hollywood’s most memorable moments is heightened by the roar of the crowd and movies on the big screen. Every screening also features world class DJ talent to keep the crowd buzzing before and after the main event.
