Set against the breathtaking backdrop of one of Southern California’s most coveted seaside destinations, the event will unfold in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere where creativity, culture, and world-class cuisine take center stage.
At the helm of this year’s culinary vision is renowned Host Chef Neal Fraser, whose acclaimed restaurant Redbird and iconic Downtown Los Angeles landmark Vibiana have become cornerstones of Downtown Los Angeles’ dining and event scene. From Michelin-starred teams and James Beard honorees to beloved local icons and rising culinary stars, Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine offers a rare opportunity to experience an all-star lineup in one stunning coastal setting. Chef Josiah Citrin – Mélisse | Citrin (Santa Monica):

Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine will be held at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica’s celebrated seaside resort, featuring private bungalows nestled across five lush acres atop the bluffs overlooking Los Angeles’ golden beaches. Born from a grand 19th-century estate, this year’s inaugural event will take place in the iconic Moreton Bay Circle, home to the legendary Moreton Bay fig tree, a cherished Santa Monica landmark that stands nearly 100 feet tall with a 130-foot canopy. Planted by the property’s original owners at the turn of the century, it remains the second-largest tree of its kind in California. For more than 100 years, the Fairmont Miramar has served as one of California’s premier seaside retreats, welcoming notable guests including Greta Garbo, John F. Kennedy, and Marilyn Monroe.
