Deets: The Heart of the City at Los Angeles Union Station will serve as an official Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone for FIFA World Cup 2026™, taking place June 25–28. As part of a region-wide celebration, the historic and iconic Los Angeles landmark will host this FREE event and offer a high-energy destination with live match viewing on spectacular screens, music and DJs, diverse food offerings, meet-and-greets, and immersive fan experiences thoughout. Reservation for tickets are now open.

Schedule:

Thursday, June 25

  • From 3-4pm, LAFC striker Jeremy Ebobisse will make a special appearance, bringing the hometown energy of LA's own MLS club to the heart of the World Cup celebration.

  • At 5pm, Men in Blazers Match Day Live! will be joined on stage by United States Women's National Team captain Lindsey Heaps, actor Ty Burrell of Modern Family fame and former USMNT standout Kyle Beckerman for a College Gameday-style preview of USMNT vs. Türkiye.

Friday, June 26

  • From 2-3pm, Mexican football legend Ramón Ramírez will make a special appearance for an exclusive meet-and-greet, giving fans a once-in-a-lifetime chance to connect with one of the greatest midfielders in the history of the sport. 

  • The Main Stage comes alive with back-to-back performances from electronic music powerhouse Valentino Khan and legendary DJ and West Coast hip-hop icon DJ Quik, running from 3-4:30pm.

  • The LA Smorgasburg food truck lineup is set to serve up an eclectic taste of Los Angeles Friday through Sunday, featuring fan favorites including 8E8 Thai Food, Chubby Corn, College Boy Cheesesteaks, Dear Neighbor Handrolls, Vchos Pupusa Truck, Waku Food, and more.

Saturday, June 27

  • From 11-12pm, fans will have the opportunity to meet another Mexican football legend Claudio Suárez, joined by the official FIFA mascots, for an unforgettable meet-and-greet experience.

  • Grammy-winning, iconic musician Travis Barker will join forces with DJ Spider for an electrifying live performance on the Main Stage in the Ticket Concourse at 12 pm, setting the ultimate soundtrack to World Cup fever before the afternoon matches kick off.

Here's what fans can expect:

LIVE MATCH VIEWING 

The station’s historic Ticket Concourse will transform into the “Main Stage” to become a full-scale Match Viewing Experience, where fans will gather for live match broadcasts on a supersized LED screen. DJ sets, trivia and meet-and-greets will unite thousands of fans in a shared atmosphere in Los Angeles. The four day match schedule can be found here

Outside in Lot B, guests will catch every match on a large-format screen with DJ sets running throughout. The Waiting Room will also host continuous match viewing on a supersized digital LED screen for all passersby to enjoy. 

INTERACTIVE FAN EXPERIENCES

Train Like a Pro will offer an outdoor, hands-on experience where fans step into the action and test their skills. Set against live match viewing and friendly competition, guests take on dribbling, speed kicking, accuracy tests and a Pose Like a Pro photo moment.

LIVE PODCAST

On Thursday, June 25 at 5:00 PM, the global soccer media phenomenon Men in Blazers will take the stage at Union Station, building energy ahead of the 7:00 PM match. Hosted by Roger Bennett and featuring special celebrity guests, this unique show will deliver an immersive celebration of soccer culture.

The Coca-Cola Fan Zone will be where the world comes together to feel the excitement of the FIFA World Cup. With refreshing Coca-Cola moments at every turn, guests will arrive as fans and leave as Super Fans. From team customization stations and giveaways to photo opportunities, guests will show their passion, bring the vibe and get match ready.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Matchday Eats will bring together Union Station eateries including Traxx Restaurant & Bar, Everywhere Beer in the Fred Harvey space, Cilantro Fresh Mexican Grill, Wetzel’s Pretzels, and Iced Above. In partnership with Smorgasborg, LA food trucks will pop up under the clock tower Friday through Sunday, with Morales Fruit and Happy Ice in the Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Union Station.

BEYOND THE MATCH

Guests of all ages can enjoy soccer-themed face painting and hand-drawn caricature portraits inside the Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Union Station. 

Throughout the activation and in the Waiting Room, look out for the community-decorated soccer ball designed by artist Mr. B Baby.

In the Metro Art Passageway Gallery, the exhibition “Play” features artworks by Pelle Cass transforming athletic fields into layered, stop-motion compositions. Cass captures games unfolding, with players multiplying and motion colliding, celebrating play over competition and inviting viewers to look beyond the scoreboard and into shared human moments. Metro will activate with a 40-ft. World Cup-wrapped bus providing guests with a fun photo moment.

The Metro TAP & Info Dome, located in the station’s Waiting Room, will offer transit guidance and commemorative TAP card sales, connecting fans to World Cup venues and cultural hubs across Los Angeles.

The public is encouraged to Go Metro to Union Station and explore inspiring art and architecture along the way – tune into Metro Art x KCRW Soundtrips and access the Bloomberg Connects app via metro.net/art

Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone at The Heart of the City: Los Angeles Union Station will celebrate with neighboring El Pueblo de Los Angeles and LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes, where live music, food experiences, family-friendly activities, and cultural programming create one unified Heart of the City community destination as Los Angeles takes the global stage for the World Cup.
