Deets: Get Ready For The Play Day Block Party!

Join the excitement of the free Play Day Block Party that each year transforms West Adams into a giant community playground and daylong cultural festival for all ages! The sprawling event hosted by the LA84 Foundation and Play Equity Fund will be packed with sports, games, live entertainment, food trucks, community booths, mascots, and fun for everyone.

The joyful celebration showcases the community connections and vibrant culture of Los Angeles—and launched the National Day of Play into a movement stretching from coast to coast. Play Day has music, dancing, 20+ sports activities, activations from LA’s pro teams, interactive games, art installations, the region’s best food trucks, and giveaways for children. The Play Day Junior Zone is full of activities exclusively for kids 5 and under.
