Deets: For one night only, Pizzana and Thatcher’s Wine come together for a five course journey through Italy, pairing Chef Daniele Uditi’s cooking with five Italian wines selected by the Thatcher’s team.

Each course is designed to meet its match in the glass, from Focaccia al Formaggio with figs, prosciutto and aged balsamic to red wine braised short rib and hazelnut panna cotta. Along the way, Thatcher’s will guide guests through the grapes, regions, producers and stories behind each bottle, explaining what makes each pairing work.

Hint for the Average Socialite: Reservations are open now.

There are two seatings, 6PM and 8PM.
