Deets: Nearly a decade after its original pop-up made waves in the Arts District, the Museum of Ice Cream is making a big return to Los Angeles — this time with a permanent flagship location built entirely from the ground up.

Set to debut in 2026 at 5252 West Adams Boulevard, the new 23,000-square-foot venue will be three times the size of the original and housed in a three-story, pink-accented building designed to bring energy to the street level with ground-floor experiences. Inside, guests can expect 15 all-new, LA-inspired interactive exhibits, including a Santa Monica Pier-style carnival, a tiki bar, a massive sprinkle pool, and a towering 100-foot double helix slide stretching the full height of the building.

This marks the first flagship for the Museum of Ice Cream and will join its growing roster of locations in New York, Chicago, Austin, Las Vegas, Boston, Miami, and Singapore.
