Deets: House of Heroes launches The Legends Series LA with its inaugural match taking place at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles. This historic event brings together one of the greatest rivalries in sports history: FC Barcelona Legends vs. Real Madrid Leyendas, facing off for the first time on U.S. soil.

Arriving ahead of the 2026 World Cup, The Legends Series LA is a two-day series of events designed to unite generations of fans through the legends who shaped the modern game. The weekend will include a press conference led by Barça Legends’ Rafael Márquez and Javier Saviola and Real Madrid Leyendas’ Luís Figo and Marcelo on Saturday, February 21, 2026, providing photo and b-roll opportunities, as well as an open media Q&A. Press conference participants are subject to change.

The weekend will culminate in the first-of-its-kind match at BMO Stadium, home to LAFC and Angel City FC.

The Barça Legends lineup is headlined by global icons Ronaldinho and Rafael Márquez, alongside legendary players Maxwell, Marc Crosas, Gaizka Mendieta, Javier Saviola, Roberto Trashorras, Jonatan Soriano, Nolito, Sorin, Dehu, Roger Garcia, Andreu Fontàs, Fernando Navarro, Marc Valiente, Martín Montoya, Jesús Angoy, and Jordi Masip. The team will be managed by former club captain Albert Ferrer.

The Real Madrid Leyendas team will feature an iconic roster of players, including Luís Figo, Marcelo, Guti, Claude Makélélé, Pedro Contreras, Fernando Sanz, Rubén de la Red, Antonio Núñez, Sávio, Antonio Moral, Callejón, Álvaro Negredo, Agus, David Barral, Tébar, Javi Balboa, and Albano Bizzarri, with legendary defender José Antonio Camacho serving as team manager.
