Deets: CDMX-based Bar Mauro, ranked #14 on North America’s 50 Best Bars, will be taking over The Roof at The West Hollywood EDITION for a two-night pop up on March 5th & 6th.

Hailing from the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City, brothers Ricardo and Yayo Nava’s cocktail concept is inspired by Italian aperitif style bars as a tribute to their grandfather Mauro’s love for aperitivo hour. Their mid-century influenced bar is designed with the comfort and nuances of a 1970s apartment in Milan, bolstered as the destination ‘where golden age meets modern nostalgia.’ The outlet was designated as North America’s 14th Best Bar in 2025 by the 50 Best Academy.

From 6pm-9pm, those with an affinity for aperitifs and yearners of innovative Mexico City mixology, can perch atop the Sunset Strip hotel to discover a cocktail menu of all-new creations, joined by founders Ricardo and Yayo.
