The Stay Home and Read a Book Ball returns on Sunday, April 12, inviting supporters to embrace the simple pleasure of reading while helping write the next chapter for the Los Angeles Public Library.

This year’s Centennial Edition marks a defining moment, honoring 100 years of Central Library and its enduring role as a cornerstone of learning and civic life. We are honored to announce our Annual Chair—Kevin Kwan, beloved worldwide for his bestsellers Crazy Rich Asians, China Rich Girlfriend, and Rich People Problems.
